Indigo Airlines Class of Travel

Indigo offers only standard Economy class seating on all its flights. The services offered are:

Economy Class

The Economy Class offers reclining seats with soft cushioning and fitted headrests.

• Passengers can pre-book snacks from an exclusive menu. Passengers can also buy snacks and beverages on-board. Passengers can choose from vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
• Alcohol is available only on international flights. Water is offered free of charge on all flights.

Indigo Airlines Baggage Allowance

Passengers with domestic Indigo flight bookings can carry 1 piece of checked-in baggage of 15 kg and a handbag weighing 7 kg. The dimension of the handbag should not exceed 115 cm (L + W + H). 

International Indigo flight passengers can carry checked-in baggage from 20 kg to 30 kg depending on the final destination. A handbag weighing 7 kg is allowed. The dimensions of the checked-in baggage should not exceed 158 cm (L + W + H). Additional items like a lady's handbag or laptop bag are allowed.

Indigo Airlines Web Check-In and Boarding Pass

Passengers can web check-in or check-in using a mobile phone. The rules for domestic and international Indigo web check-in are as follows:

• Check-In Indigo Domestic Flights

Passengers can web check-in through the airline’s website 48 hours to 60 minutes before the scheduled Indigo flight departure. Boarding passes can be printed and the passengers can drop the baggage at the bag drop counter at the airport. Passengers can also check in using a mobile phone and email or print boarding passes.

• Check-in Indigo International Flights

Passengers with visual and/or hearing impairments are given special assistance.

About Indigo Airlines Refund & Cancellation

Passengers can cancel Indigo flight tickets through the airline’s website. Cancellation must be done at least 2 hours before domestic flight departure and 4 hours before international flight departure. A cancellation fee is charged.
