- What is Cleartrip Calendar?
- Cleartrip Calendar is a handy way to see fares between two cities for an entire month at a glance. It displays the best fare for each day of the month, highlights the lowest fares that month and lets you book tickets quickly and easily. If your travel dates are flexible, use the Calendar to save yourself time, money and trouble.
- What do the coloured squares mean?
- The yellow square is today's date. The pink squares are the lowest fares found.
- Can I see roundtrip fares on the Calendar?
- Yes, we have added the ability to see roundtrip fares on the Calendar. Just pick your trip length and we will show you the cheapest roundtrip fares for your city pair. We hope this simplifies your search for the cheapest fares further.
- Why are some days blank?
- You might occasionally notice some blank dates in the Calendar where no fares are shown. This isn’t because there aren’t any flights on those dates, but just means that we don’t currently have fares for that date. If you need to travel on dates for which the Calendar isn’t showing any fares, simply do a regular fare search from the main cleartrip.com page.
- How many people is the displayed fare for?
- The displayed fare is for one (1) person only. You can select the actual number of travellers once you click a fare to book it.
- Can I search for fares based on flight timings?
- No. The Calendar is designed to show you the best fares quickly, flight times for each fare is shown next to the airline name.
- Why is there only one airline shown per day?
- The airline shown is the one that’s offering the best fare for that day. The Calendar does all the searching and sorting for you, and only displays the airline and flight timing with the best price on each date.
- Can I narrow my search to include only specific airlines?
- Sure. Look up top for the list of airlines, and just un–check the ones you don’t want to include in your search.
- Are these fares accurate?
- They’re as accurate as our search can make them. For travel between major cities, you’re most likely looking at current information. For less frequently visited places, you might get fares that are a few hours older. Click on the fare and hit 'Search flights' to get the most up–to–date price.
- I clicked on a fare I liked, but then got taken to another page and shown a higher fare. What gives?
- Airfares tend to fluctuate rapidly and unpredictably. The Calendar search displays fares that are as accurate as possible, but sometimes a fare changes between the time our system retrieves and the time you try to book it.
